The Mobile BPS25-SS is BPS25 technology but with Stainless Steel construction and finish throughout. Ideal for clean room, cold room or highly corrosive applications.

• Forks: Rugged heavy-duty constructed of one-piece formed C-Channel stainless steel offering lightweight durability, and tapered for easy load entry

• Backrest: Steel load backrest offers load support as well as complete operator visibility even in the raised position

• Hydraulic Pump: North American designed leakproof re-buildable pump with an overload capacity protection feature, a special lowering valve allowing a controlled rate of descent; a hard chrome plated ram/piston, and quality urethane seals and wipers

• Stabilizer Base: Unlike other brands, the unique Mobile stabilizer design enables the operator to raise and transport loads in both lowered and raised positions. Swivel Casters are situated beneath each end of the stabilizer bar providing complete load stability

• Handle: Ergonomic design is located in the center of the stabilizer base providing optimum pumping and handling capabilities. The handle is tapered for greater strength with a spring-a-matic automatic return

• Control Handle: Features 3-position (raise/neutral/lower) pinch-free fingertip control

• Hydraulic System: Incorporates a dual cylinder with a chain pull design offering a 2:1 ratio (double the speed of most competitors). The lift cylinder travels to half the lift height then transfers to a heavy duty pull chain format which accounts for the remaining portion of the lift travel. This design places less pressure on the lift cylinder and increases the life of the seals

• Lift Speed: Will lift a maximum load to the full raised height in 6 seconds, and will lift approximately 50 maximum loads to the full raised height on one battery charge

• Electrical System: Heavy duty 12V, 125Ah industrial strength battery and on-board 10A charger featuring a transformer, circuit breaker and overload protection, that can be plugged into any standard 110V outlet. The lift/lower lever is located on top of the battery compartment for easy access and operation

• Steering: Features (2) 4" phenolic swivel casters providing maximum maneuverability in tight areas

• Load Rollers: Durable 3" nylon load rollers complete with roller bearings ensure smooth performance and minimum load resistance

• Brake: Most competitor models have an automatic brake system that engages when the forks are raised a few inches off the ground preventing load transport. The BPS brake system is designed so that the operator can engage the brake at any time, raised or not. The friction brake incorporates a foot pad that is forced to the floor with high pressure from the linkage, immobilizing the unit

The BPS25-SS includes 12 months parts only warranty on the component parts, Hydraulic Unit and Frame. The Motor, Charger and Pump are subject to the original manufacturer's 12 month warranty, and the Battery is subject to the original manufacturer's 12 month prorated warranty
